The practice was commissioned by the University to provide mechanical, electrical and above ground drainage designs for a new 2000 sq. m. laboratory and teaching accommodation forthe institute ofanimal and population biology. This 4.5m project known as 'Ash 3' is part of the Ashworth Buildings located within the Kings Buildings campus. It is located on a tight site and was required to interface with existing buildings on the campus.
The practice has also participated in a review of the complete Ashworth Buildings Complex and provided advice to the University on a potential rationalisation of its current infrastructure.
