Design of building services for a new 6500 sq. m. blood product related R&D facility at Stirling Innovation Park. Total project value approximately £24m. The project was carried out in 2 stages with fully coordinated designs provided prior to tender for greater cost certainty. This facility was not constructed due to production demands requiring prototypes to be fully developed before full production is required.
