This is a £68m mixed-use
development for Edinburgh Quay Ltd; a joint venture between Miller
Developments and British Waterways.
The development consists of 135,000 sq ft of office space designed to cat A, a two storey underground car park, retail and residential flats. The complete project was carried out over two phases between 2000 and 2007.   |
