RSP designed the building services for two new speculative offices in Edinburgh for Premier Property Group (PPG). These were at Lothian Road, on the former ABC site, value £10m and Semple Street, value £8.5m. The practice continues to provide advice to PPG and has recently been commissioned for the EHQ2 project at South Glye in Edinburgh. This is a 100,000sq. ft. speculative office development.
