RSP have had a long standing relationship with Standard Life since 1988. A formal partnering arrangement was consequently established in 1994.

The practice has therefore shared in the success of Standard Life and has been involved in more buildings than can be listed below. The following are some of our major projects:

• A 13,500 sq m facility at 1 George Street for Standard Life Investments
• New data centres at Glenogle Road and Baileyfield
  
• A 10,000 sq m facility at 5-15 Thistle Street and Brunswick Street
  

All of these buildings required varying levels of refurbishment ranging from new data infrastructure to full air conditioning, lighting, power and ventilation.
