RSP have recently become accredited under the BREEAM Healthcare, BREEAM Bespoke and BREEAM International schemes. BREEAM is the BRE (Building Research Establishment) Environmental Assessment Method.
This means we are now able to carry out BREEAM assessments for all types of health buildings in the UK including teaching/specialist hospitals, mental health hospitals, GP surgeries as well as general acute hospitals. Under the BREEAM Bespoke licence RSP can carry out assessments for all buildings that do not fall under standard schemes. This includes hotels, leisure facilities, libraries, police stations and higher education facilities. The BREEAM International scheme enables BREEAM assessments to be carried out on any type of building out with the UK.
