| Another Hotel Development for RSP |
 The practice continues to build its portfolio of hotel clients; the latest being ‘Du Vin' chain for the Malmaison Group. This hotel is located in St Andrews and is an extension and conversion of the Golf Hotel which overlooks the famous links.
We are delighted to be associated with the ‘Du Vin' brand and hope to continue providing our high quality service in future projects as the chain increases its presence throughout the UK.
Other hotel projects the practice has secured this year include the Apex hotel, Serjeants Inn, London and the Park Inn hotel for Raddison at Haddington Place, Edinburgh.
The new 170 bed Raddison Hotel on Haddington place, Edinburgh for the Rezidor Hotel Group has been given the green light after an extended planning process. RSP were delighted to advise their client on appropriate renewable technologies to be incorporated into the design to meet the City of Edinburgh planning requirements for new large developments.
