RSP are delighted to be associated with the design of two projects which have been awarded bronze medals at the 2009 Roses Design Awards in the category “Re-use of a Listed Building Category.”
The Apex Waterloo Place Hotel, Edinburgh for Apex Hotels Ltd was the conversion of the City of Edinburgh Council’s Housing department offices into a 120 bed 4 star hotel. 
St Paul's and St George's Church, on York Place in Edinburgh has been upgraded to provide a multi use building for the parishioners. The Church was also recognised, earlier this year, by The Edinburgh Architectural Society where it won the Building of the Year Award.
