RSP provided a full mechanical and electrical engineering package as part of the following Public Private Partnership (PPP) programmes:
Falkirk Schools PPP: St Mungo's High School Stirling Schools PPP: Wallace High School St Mungo's High School Project Description This project is a new high school which included full M+E and public health design of 15,270 sq m incorporating full community facilities with pool, games hall, external pitches and fitness suites. The building included a rainwater recovery installation to reduce water wastage and this water is then recycled and used to flush the WC's. In addition intelligent controls were used with energy efficient lighting including presence detectors and lighting control. The building was also thermally modelled to ensure it was maximising natural ventilation. RSP under took 3D co-ordination to minimise on site co-ordination issues. Value: £31 million  |
