This project involved the removal of the old Cowan building accomodation and replaced with a new development of 520 bedrooms with ensuit accomodation at Pollock Halls.
RSP's initail involvement with the Pollock Halls development was the new visitors reception building completed in 1999. This then the 520 bed accomodation in 2001 was followed by the conversion of Salsbury Green building with hotel accomodation for post graduate lecturers in 2006. The most recent project is a new 120 bed John Burnnett facility replacing the wardens house on the site.
