Project Description:
This project is a 520 bed student accommodation block at the Pollock Halls Residencies at Edinburgh University. The accommodation was constructed as en suite type to allow summer let. The heating is connected to the Universities district Combined Heat and Power (CHP) plant. Value: £22.5m
