The University of Stirling required its existing library to be upgraded to meet current day standards. RESP have been employed to provide building services design. Integral to the design is the incorporation of low and zero carbon technologies. RSP are investigating the potential utilisation of the existing loch to provide free cooling to the library central plant. |
