RSP were involved in the design of this new 60 bed girl Dormitory which shall accommodate senior girls. The project included oil fired boilers with LPHW radiators, low energy lighting and a constant pressure ventilation system.
Low and Zero Carbon (LZC) technologies were considered, however due to constraints on budgets were not included in the final design. The LZC technologies considered were a biomass boiler, rain water harvesting and solar water heating panels. The school is now examining a district biomass boiler installation as part of its overall heating strategy.  .png "strathallan (2).png")
