Project Description
This is a new build, 150 bed, student residence within the University's Pollock Halls residential campus. This project adds to the 520 bed Chancellors Court project completed in 2002. The accomodation which replaced the former wardens residences provides en-suite accomodation to allow summer let. The heating for the building is provided by the University's centralised Combined Heat and Power (CHP) system. Project Value: £6.8 million  .png "john burnett house (2).png")
