John Burnett House is a new build,
149 bed student accommodation block at Pollock Halls residential campus for the University of Edinburgh, completed in 2009.
The accommodation, which replaced the former wardens' residences, provides en-suite accommodation to allow for summer letting, comprising a mixture of single en suite and twin en suite rooms with communal kitchen and laundry facilities. The heating for the building is provided by the University's centralised district Combined Heat and Power (CHP) system. The building services installation comprised the provision of lighting, heating and small power with broadband connection to each room.  .png "john burnett house (2).png")
