The practice was commissioned by
The University
of Edinburgh
to provide mechanical, electrical and above ground drainage designs for Phase 1
of a refurbishment programme to the Medical School Buildings at Teviot Place
adjacent to George Square for the School of Health and Wellbeing.
The accommodation is a mixture of Academic, Research and Administration Departments over eight floors to give a total area of 1400 sq m. The first phase valued at £1.6m required extensive coordination of existing live supplies. The electrical and heating circuits where connected to the University's existing CHP district heating mains. |
