RSP were commissioned to design the building services for the Edinburgh Dental Institute when The Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh Estates Department relocated it to their Laurieston Building.
The Dental Institute occupied three floors of the building and the existing building services were removed to the central risers and new installations were provided. These included: Piped medical gases, heating via radiant ceiling panels, video broadcasting between surgeries and lecture theatres.
