This is a new and expanded facility for the community of Westhill, near Aberdeen. The facility accommodates GPsurgeries; dentistry; social work; podiatry; physiotherapy and a commercial pharmacy. Building services included centralised boilers supplying hot water to radiators and domestic water. Low energy lighting systems with intelligent lighting control. Vacuum and compressed air were provided to the dental suite.
