Craigtoun House for Kohler Co at the Dukes Course, St Andrews is an upgrade and refurbishment of the Younger family home and former hospital to seasonal vacation apartments. The project involves the provision of state of the art studio apartments set in traditional surroundings adjacent to the Dukes Course. Each apartment shall be air conditioned and full IT network facilities. Other facilities include a snooker room and spa. We are currentlt involved in the upgrades to the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor at the Old Course Hotel.
