RSP were commissioned to provide comfort cooling on upper floors with 500 sq m of air conditioned bar and restaurant areas over two floors and 300 sq m of nightclub. The development is contained within Edinburgh's George Street area and as a listed building has been subject to stringent planning rules. Each bedroom is designed to a high specification with the theme being world cities. |
