The du Vin Hotel in St Andrews is a conversion of the Golf Hotel. The conversion and extension will provide a 4 star 40 bed hotel facing the famous links. The conversion will require the provision of comfort cooling to all bedrooms, a new centralised heating system and an upgrade of finishes to allign with the 'du Vin' theme. The project will involve careful coordination of services within the existing building to ensure that the old and new services appear seamless.
