RSP have carried out and continue to a number of commissions for the APEX hotel group. Initial projects included the remodelling of bedrooms and new restaurant facilities at the International Hotel in Edinburgh.
The new 120 bed City Hotel located in the Grassmarket in Edinburgh and the 150 bed APEX Quayside in Dundee were added in 2006. Further hotels in London were added at Seething Lane and Hart Street. A new APEX Hotel at Waterloo Place ,Edinburgh was completed in spring 2009. The hotel comprises 180 bedrooms, leisure facilities and conference/meeting/function rooms.
Two further London hotels are currently being designed. There are a 90 bed hotel at Copthall Avenue, London Wall and a 180 bed hotel at Serjeants Inn Fleet Street.
