RSP have carried out and continue
to a number of commissions for the APEX Hotel group. Initial projects included
remodelling of bedrooms and new restaurant facilities at the International
hotel.
The following are the hotels RSP
have successfully completed with Apex:
- Apex International - a 169 bed converted University
building with new restaurant and leisure facilities, located within the
Grassmarket area of Edinburgh Central.
- Apex City - a 120 bed converted bank building with new
restaurant located in the Grassmarket.
- Apex Quayside - a 150 bed newly constructed hotel
located on the Dundee Quayside. The hotel contains conference and leisure
facilities.
- Apex City of London - a 180 bed converted office
building at Seething Lane. The hotel is complete with conference and leisure
facilities.
- Apex London Wall hotel - a 90 bed conversion of an
office located at Copthall Avenue, including bar, restaurant and gym.
- Apex Waterloo Place - the fourth and largest hotel in
Edinburgh containing 187 bedrooms, bar, restaurant, swimming pool, gym and
sauna. The hotel also has a suite of conference rooms.
Each of the above hotels has been designed using
sustainable design technologies using low energy usage services.
