RSP have carried out and continue to a number of commissions for the APEX hotel group. Initial projects included the remodelling of bedrooms and new restaurant facilities at the International Hotel in Edinburgh. The new 120 bed City Hotel located in the Grassmarket in Edinburgh and the 150 bed APEX Quayside in Dundee were added in 2006. Further hotels in London were added at Seething Lane and Hart Street. A new 180 bed hotel is on site at present located at Waterloo Place in Edinburgh. Two further hotels in London at Coptall Avenue and Serjents Inn are currently at the design stage.
