RSP were appointed by the Dakota Hotels chain as building services
engineers for two developments, located at South Queensferry near Edinburgh and
Eurocentral near Glasgow. Both hotels are 4 star and have comfort cooling in
each bedroom.
The 136 bed hotel in South Queensferry, known as the Forth Bridges hotel was completed in January 2007. The 96 bed Eurocentral hotel, east of Glasgow has 4,000 sq m of office over three storeys attached to the hotel and was completed in mid 2006.
