The Malmaison Hotel concept originated by Ken
McCulloch, owner of the renowned Glasgow Hotel, is intended to provide a high
level of service and quality food, combined with style. RSP have carried out
the following prestige projects:
- Malmaison Glasgow: Conversion of St Judes Church
building to provide additional bedrooms and new restaurant.
- Malmaison Manchester: Provision of 120 bedrooms by the
restoration of the Joshua Hoyle building in the Piccadilly area.
- Malmaison Newcastle Upon Tyne: Provision of 120
bedrooms by the conversion of the former CWS warehouse building on the Quayside
development site.
The services associated with these
buildings required careful consideration due to the Listed status of each
building.
