This £16m building provides both
Office and Packaging Facilities for Quintiles Clinical Trial
Supplies and Clinical Development Groups within a 16,000 sq m purpose
built facility.
The building contains two storey offices at the entrance to the facility with single storey process and warehouse areas behind, with a continuous plant room at first floor level over these areas. Air conditioned throughout the building is served from twelve air handling units located in the roof plantroom. Lighting within office areas is low glare, with prismatic diffusers within process and warehouse areas. Power and data distribution was provided throughout the facility.  |
