RSP were commissioned to provide
building services design to a new medical 6500 sq m R&D facility at
Stirling Innovation Park for Stirling Medical Innovations. The project includes clean
rooms, laboratories, write up areas and general office accommodation.
The total project value is approximately £24m carried out over two phases. Emphasis was placed on proving fully coordinated designs and coordinated layouts, prior to tender which assisted the design team in achieving a greater degree of cost certainty.
