| Inverness Campus Phase 1 |

RSP were appointed to assist with
utility infrastructure planning and design for this new campus development on
the outskirts of Inverness for Highlands and Islands Enterprise.
The project consists of utility infrastructure associated with a modern tertiary education campus and related mixed-use development. The mix of buildings includes total areas of 34,00sqm non residential, 300 sq m of business, 10,000 sq m of residential and 8,000 sq m of assembly and leisure buildings. The infrastructure included new HV network, gas and water distribution together with telephony containment. The project also included provision a district heating system to serve the campus.  |
