| From apprentice to partner - Ian Rogers' success story |
|
On April 1st, Ian Rogers became a partner of RSP Consulting Engineers and this was no ordinary promotion. Twenty years earlier, when it was first established, Ian joined the firm as an apprentice. He has since worked his way up through the ranks, becoming an Associate in 1998 and his career progression culminated this year when he was made a partner.
At the same time, Tony McMahon, David V Murray, Craig Dickson and Norman Keddie were promoted to Associates, while Iain Coull, Ross Leask and Neil Scanlon became Senior Engineers. Commenting on these promotions, Robert Dunn, Founding Partner said, "Ian's rise through the firm has been impressive and demonstrates the support RSP gives to staff who are loyal and committed to us. We are also delighted to welcome our other colleagues to the management team. RSP has expanded the scale and scope of our projects in recent years and to continue to deliver an excellent service to clients we need a robust management structure in place." |
