RSP were commissioned by Ashford Property Group for this new build office constructed on a brown field site, located at 107 West Regent Street in the city centre of Glasgow. The new 1920 sq m office consists of six floors including basement car park with glazed elevations on three sides.

The building relies on a natural ventilation strategy and is heated/cooled from a VRV installation with internal condensers. Shell and core services are provided for tenant areas. Heating is provided by a VRV condensing unit for each floor plate. Lighting, fire alarms and security were provided as part of the base build with small power part of the tenant fit-out.

The development received a BREEAM Very Good rating.
