Working closely with Glenmorangie and James Barr, RSP provided
Building Services for the internal fit out of The Glenmorangie Company's new
Headquarters at The Cube.
The HQ occupies the top floors of the Cube with two roof gardens to maximise views north towards the Port of Leith and east to Calton Hill. The 4th floor for Glenmorangie's staff contains breakout areas, meeting rooms, executive offices and brand/market development areas. The 5th floor is dedicated to bespoke corporate hospitality and features a discovery wall, company bar and sensory room. RSP's work on the fit-out included alterations to base build services to suit new internal space layouts. New services consist of underfloor power and communication distribution systems, bespoke and LED feature lighting, intelligent lighting controls, CCTV and door access systems. |
