RSP provided Building Services
Engineering and Engineering Services Facilities Management for this
100,000 sq ft office development at the Gyle in Edinburgh. Initially a speculative development, it was however changed to a full redevelopment mid design for RBS. The building services included four pipe fan coils, low glare lighting and underfloor power distribution. The complete building was also equipped with back-up generation. |
