RSP Consulting Engineers were appointed by Wood Mackenzie for the fit-out of their new Edinburgh office HQ at 2 Exchange Place.

Wood Mackenzie occupies the top floors of this triangular shaped building, arranged around a central atrium and core that contains toilets, lifts and a stair.

The fit-out of the 3,500 sq m office accommodation consisted of kitchen, cafeteria, training rooms, boardroom, various sizes of AV meeting rooms, data centre and pod cast room.

The building services consisted of modifications and additions to the four piped fan coil systems, heating and chilled water pipework sprinklers, ventilation, automatic controls, small power distribution, IT, security, lighting and lighting controls.
