RSP designed the building services for the Clinical Trials Packaging Facility at Inchwood, Bathgate for Quintiles. The 16,000 sq. m. property comprises office, process, warehouse and packaging facilities, with a continuous plant room located above. Twelve air handling units provide air conditioning throughout the building.

Electrical infrastructure consists of a dual 11KV feeding 2 No. 11KV/433 Volt, 1600 KVAT transformers. Lighting within office areas is low glare recessed modular Cat 2 louvred luminaries, with prismatic diffusers within process and warehouse areas. Power and data distribution was provided throughout the facility.
