Ratho Adventure Centre was a City of Edinburgh Council rescue of a development from receivership in 2006. The development was constructed within a disused quarry.
The centre contains conference facilities, fitness centre, offices, lecture theatres, rental areas and the world's largest indoor climbing wall. The building services installation was completely upgraded with major alterations to the safety systems and lighting systems.
