Refurbishment of the former Robert Owen School House
The practice was involved in the building services associated with the 'Annie McLeod Experience' which also included exhibition space, offices and the like and a subsequent commission to provide building services advice to their now proposed swimming pool and leisure centre within the mill building. The refurbishment of the mill building was the first phase of a long term development at the site which includes a hotel, workshops, housing and shopping.
