RSP were commissioned by Cormack Project Management to provide building services
design for the upgrade of a four storey town house in Edinburgh New Town.
The work involved working closely with Keppie Interior Designers. Upgrade works included the installation of M&E Services to serve a guest suite of rooms and a luxury spa facility within the basement of the house. The spa included a pool, gymnasium, sauna, steam room and relaxation area. |
