RSP were commissioned by Miller Developments
to supply building services design for their new £8m, 100,000 sq ft hypermarket
and for the fit-out of the B&Q store located at Hermiston Gait on the west
side of Edinburgh.
The commission included the full utility infrastructure procurement to support the B&Q store, adjacent Novotel and proposed park & ride facility. The services design of the B&Q store included car park lighting, infrastructure services including lighting, fire alarms and store sprinkler system. The associated office accommodation included comfort cooling, lighting, fire alarm and power layouts. |
