RSP have been the framework
advisor to PARC since 2005.
The development consists of 2,000 houses, two new schools and town centre upgrade. Phases I and II are complete, consisting of a primary school and 120 homes including demolition of existing houses. RSP were responsible for the electrical, water, gas and telephony masterplanning and the implementation of Phase I. The practice continues working within our framework contract providing advice on existing infrastructure to allow for the development of new City of Edinburgh Council offices within the town centre.
