RSP now have a team of accredited energy assessors who can provide Energy Performance Certificates (EPC's) in Scotland as well as in England and Wales where this is a requirement of the European Union Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EU EPBD).
In Scotland EPC's are now required on construction of all new buildings and on sale or rental for all domestic and non-domestic buildings. Large public buildings require an EPC for display. In England and Wales EPCs are required on construction, sale or rental of all domestic and non-domestic buildings. Display energy certificates, based on operational energy are required for all large public buildings.
