RSP has a proven
track record in utility masterplanning from initial planning stage through
to implementation and construction. A number of these projects have also included
active involvement at public consultation stage with the local communities.
We are also
involved in the development of masterplans at Kingdom Park, Fife and Torrance
Park, Motherwell on behalf of Murray Estates. Both of these developments have
involved the supply of HV Electrical Infrastructure, Drainage, Water and Medium
and Low Pressure Gas to new community developments. The Kingdom Park development
involves approx. 1000 residential properties, a 60 bed care home, a new school,
retail and commercial properties. Torrance Park consisted of 350 homes and a
Golf Club and also has future provision for a further phase of 350 homes.
