Emerson Handover July 2015

Francis Barkey of Miller Developments handing over the keys to Stuart Brown and Mark Boyes of Emerson.

RSP involvement in projects in Aberdeen continue with the successful handover of the new 2,800 sqm office and 3,700 sqm warehouse to Emerson. RSP provide the building services as well as BREEAM assessor for this £8m project.

The Emerson project is the first of 3 projects to be handed over as part of the D2 Development by Miller Developments.

WIRS Acredited Designers - June 2015

RSP are delighted to announce that we are now WIRS (Water Industry Registration Scheme) Accredited Designers. 

The benefits of WIRS accreditation include: accreditation recognised by all water utilities and Water UK; an independent assessment and registration process and the assignment of an accreditation mark (pictured left) which will represent the achievement of a high technical, quality and safety standard.

We also have ESOS ( Energy Savings Opportunity Scheme) Lead Assesors.

RSP New Management Structure - January 2015

RSP are delighted to announce the outcome of the review of their management structure. The Partnership analysed the investment required and personnel involved to sustain and grow the practice into the future and are delighted to now make the following announcements:  

Alan Affleck, Craig Dickson, Graeme Fraser & David Murray associates within the practice have been promoted to Directors. 

They will assist in the development of the Edinburgh, Aberdeen, Glasgow & London Offices to provide Project Team leadership and develop the management of the Practice. 

Iain Coull, Neil Scanlon, Ross Leask & Paul Quinn have been promoted from Senior Engineers to Associates. 

Iain, Neil, Ross and Paul will provide valuable input into the ongoing management of their respective disciplines within the Practice offering their experience to enhance the development of others within the practice.  

The Practice has invested significantly in their IT structure with new software and hardware to increase their BIM department to one of the largest in the country.
